1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Sale, clearance, or customized items are non-refundable unless faulty.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Accessories (jewelry, scarves, etc.)

  • Intimates (innerwear, lingerie)

  • Final sale or discounted products


3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number, photos of the item, and a short description of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

  • We currently offer size or product exchanges where available.

  • If the desired item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty).

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided.
